Following are some guidelines for the preparation of the CAD Project Poster and Video Presentations:

• The project Poster should display the key information from your Project Report.

• Your grade will include the quality of your Poster.

• The project poster should have the Title (same as the Report title) and the Authors Names.

• The project poster should be printed to be presented in person by ALL team members on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

• The Poster presentations shall address following items:
  • Introduction/Motivation
  • System behavior and function
  • RTL Synthesis
  • Equivalence Checking (RTL-gate/gate-gate)
  • Verification process
  • Analysis of results
  • Comparison Conformal vs. Formality
  • Conclusions (Comments and Challenges)
  To print your poster using the University (free for ENCS students) service, follow these Instructions:
  1. Check the following link for info regarding the General Plotter Information : https://www.concordia.ca/it/services/plotting-encs.html.
  
  2. Request an appointment by filling out the "Plotting Reservation Request form", which can be found at https://aits.encs.concordia.ca/helpdesk/form/sec/plotting/plotting_form.php.
  
  3. The Poster Size in single sheet formal is max 40 x 60 inches
  
  4. Present yourself at the Plotter Service Center located in H-964 and make sure you have access to your poster file in both the original and the PDF format.
  5. Arrange the poster well in advance and have it ready on time (BEFORE June 18th, 2024).
