The staff in the Financial Aid and Awards Office are available to provide information on financial aid, explain existing regulations, eligibility requirements, and application procedures. The Financial Aid and Awards Office is located in room LB 085 of the McConnell Building on the SGW campus; tel. 848-2424 ext. 3507. Applicants requiring information concerning awards for graduate study should contact the Graduate Awards office, Graduate Administration, 2135 Mackay, Montreal, and should also visit Counseling and Development Services, Hall Building Room 440, Sir George Williams Campus, or the Administration Building Room 103 on the Loyola Campus. Graduate awards/fellowships/scholarships are awarded through competition on the basis of academic excellence to students enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in a program leading to a master’s or doctoral degree at the University. Academic excellence is broadly interpreted to include skills, professional experience and similar factors relevant to the candidate’s program of study.
