[Title]: Concordia could be the first Quebec university to launch a satellite into orbit

On September 29, 1962, Canada's first satellite Alouette-1 was launched. On its 50th anniversary, September 29, 2012, Space Concordia's satellite ConSat-1 won stunning First Place in Canadian Satellite Design Competition (CSDC).
